That's right! Ya girl has finally started her cooking series which has been long awaited as you guys are always asking me to film tutorials and let you into the secrets for my recipes.
The tutorials are all super easy, super quick, but of course super yummy recipes for you to try wether you are a vegan-veteran, newly vegan or want to try out vegan food for the first time!
My aim for this series is to show you that eating vegan is far from boring, and that anyone can create and enjoy delicious vegan meals with ease!
For my very first dish, I made this incredible 'Jerk Chickpea Curry' with brown rice and tenderstem broccoli - if you're a fan of spice then you will love this, and if you're not, simply swap out the jerk paste for a milder curry paste of your choice!
You will need:
Half a large onion
1/2 large garlic cloves
Rice of your choice
1 tin of coconut milk
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
1 large tin of chickpeas
1 pack of tenderstem broccoli
1 vegetable stock cube/pot
Salt and pepper (season to taste)
