There isn't really a better way to start your day than a delicious green smoothie.
It's the perfect breakfast - filling, full of goodness and the perfect source of energy!
The "green" colour comes from the spirulina and wheatgrass powders that I use, as well as some spinach or kale.
I'll then add whatever I fancy on the day, which is usually a selection of banana, strawberry, pear, orange, melon, raspberries or blueberries.
