You all absolutely LOVED Episode One - I made a delicious 'Jerk Chickpea Curry' and we received such lovely feedback. Lots of you tried the recipe yourselves at home to much success!

This week I've got another super easy and super yummy vegan meal to show you all...this incredibly flavoursome 'Chilli, Soy and Garlic Stir Fry' is guarantee to be better than ANY Wagamama's you've ever had - period!

(Quantities shown in the video make's enough for 2 people, so multiply as necessary).

You will need:

2 packets of wheat noodles

Stir fry mix


Tenderstem broccoli

2/3 garlic cloves

Dark soy sauce

Chilli flakes

1 Knorr vegetable stock pot

Himalayan salt

Black pepper


Chinese five spice

Sesame seeds (for garnish - not essential)
